About Charm Properties

Charm Properties is an associate company of a well established Weymouth based hospitality business. We have used our experience over the last 30 years to provide holiday accommodation in the Weymouth area. All our properties are situated in excellent locations and are convenient for all local activities.

As a family run business, we ensure personal service at all times and one of us will be available seven days a week to help with any needs or unforeseen problems that may occur. Our property manager, Jan and her dedicated service team ensure that all properties are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

During the summer season our properties are let on a week to week basis. However, between November and April we are able to offer longer term stays at vastly reduced rates. So, whether you want a short winter break or an extended stay, we will be able to offer a solution.
